London to Brighton Veteran Car Run 2019

This time I had the opportunity to take part in the famous Veteran car event in the superb Delaugère et Clayette of Daniel and Ana Ghose. Queen of elegance and power, with its 7-liter (40 HP) 4-cylinder engine, the Bête Noire, as it is nicknamed, is the only model built in 1904 still alive by the French brand. Another rare seat that I got, just for a short ride on Madeira Drive after arrival, was in the American steam car White of the Ward Collection: another Veteran which arrived in Brighton very early (at around 50 km per hour), passing the finish-line around 11.30
