Before 2021 comes to an end, there is an important anniversary to honor: the birth of Ford Dagenham, the British plant that has been producing Ford engines, cars, trucks and tractors along the banks of the River Thames for ninety years. It is still the House’s largest London production site and has seen iconic models for the European market take shape over the years: from Anglia to Zephyr to Fiesta. The first vehicle, a Ford AA truck, rolled out of the factory on October 1, 1931.
