Lancia Lambda Centenary
The Savoia royal family and the automotive: the two souls of Turin met on September 2nd in the celebration of the Centenary of the Lancia Lambda, which began on Wednesday 1st with the climb up the Moncensio road, where on the same day in 1921 Vincenzo Lancia put the first example of his ingenious car on the road. After the guided tour of the Venaria Reale and the exhibition there of the 40 Lambdas which took part in the event, the day continued with a stop in the hills at Villa Rey, at the ASI headquarters. The celebrations went on until Sunday 5 with a nice guided tour to the Bard fort, in the Aosta Valley and, among other things, with a conference at the National Automobile Museum.
